The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) is inviting applicants for a postdoctoral opportunity to undertake activities on social inequalities and cancer. The Cancer Surveillance Section (CSU) Group has developed expertise in quantitative and statistical methods to evaluate the possible determinants of changes in cancer incidence, survival and mortality, in relation tolifestyle, socioeconomic and contextual factors, with the aim of informing prevention strategies for cancer. These objectives have been achieved through collaborations across the Agency as well as internationally, using a multidisciplinary approach.
